- Body has a single plate multibend construction with its back plate fixed inside the back flanges of the body. The front edges are double-bent for extra strength and rigidity.
- Solid steel plate door hung on rigid concealed pivots which closes in such a way that it is recessed in the body, making it jemmy-proof. The rear edge of the door also acts as a continuous bolt, preventing the removal of the door even if the pivots are cut through.
- Two shooting bolts on the front edge of the door engage the adequately reinforced jamb. This sturdy bolt work mechanism is secured by a Godrej 6- lever unpickable lock protected by a hammer-and-drill resisting Armour plate.
